To ensure we can continue offering the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation of our cancellation policy. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of service will incur a 50% charge of scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service scheduled as well.
